Questa informativa spiega come trattiamo i dati personali di chi usa l'app Unico Trento (Android e iOS) e il sito www.unicotrento.com per ordinare le pizze da ritirare alla pizzeria Unico di Trento, ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Quali dati trattiamo
- Ordini (app e sito): nome, cognome, numero di telefono, indirizzo email, eventuali note e il dettaglio dell'ordine con la fascia oraria di ritiro.
- Account, se lo crei: nome, cognome, email, telefono e password, conservata solo in forma cifrata. La data di nascita è facoltativa e serve solo per il bonus di compleanno.
- Punti Unico: saldo dei punti e movimenti (punti guadagnati con gli ordini, buoni usati, bonus).
- Pagamenti: i dati della carta li inserisci direttamente nel modulo di Stripe, noi non li riceviamo e non li conserviamo. Nell'app il modulo di Stripe può usare la fotocamera solo se scegli di scansionare la carta: l'immagine non ci viene inviata.
Non raccogliamo la tua posizione né i tuoi contatti, non mostriamo pubblicità, non facciamo profilazione e non usiamo strumenti di statistica o tracciamento di terze parti.
Perché li usiamo
- Preparare l'ordine, gestire il ritiro e contattarti se serve (esecuzione del contratto, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Gestire il tuo account e il programma fedeltà Punti Unico, se ti registri (esecuzione del contratto, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Inviarti via email il codice di verifica quando chiedi di cancellare l'account o di reimpostare la password.
- Rispettare gli obblighi fiscali e contabili (obbligo di legge, art. 6.1.c GDPR).
A chi li comunichiamo
- Al personale della pizzeria che gestisce gli ordini.
- A Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., che gestisce il pagamento come titolare autonomo (informativa di Stripe).
- A OVH, il fornitore che ospita i server del sito e dell'app.
- Al fornitore del servizio di posta elettronica usato per inviare i codici di verifica.
Non vendiamo e non cediamo i dati a nessun altro.
Per quanto tempo
- I dati degli ordini sono conservati per 10 anni per gli obblighi fiscali.
- I dati dell'account e i Punti Unico restano finché non cancelli l'account. I punti si azzerano dopo 12 mesi senza ordini.
Cancellare l'account
Puoi cancellare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento: nell'app da Profilo › Cancella account, oppure dalla pagina www.unicotrento.com/elimina-account. Inserisci la tua email, ricevi un codice e lo confermi.
Cancelliamo nome, cognome, email, telefono, password, data di nascita, Punti Unico e i dati del cliente presso Stripe. Gli ordini già fatti restano solo per gli obblighi fiscali, senza i tuoi dati personali.
Cookie e dati sul dispositivo
Il sito usa solo cookie tecnici: uno per la sicurezza dei moduli e, se accedi con il tuo account, uno che ricorda l'accesso per 30 giorni. Nel browser salviamo la lingua scelta, il carrello e la preferenza per la mappa. La mappa di Google Maps viene caricata solo se la richiedi. Nell'app, se accedi, il codice di accesso è conservato nell'archivio protetto del telefono. Durante il pagamento Stripe usa cookie tecnici antifrode.

Puoi chiedere l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione, la portabilità o opporti al trattamento scrivendo a gela.nord@pec.it. Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
- Bestellungen (App und Website): Vor- und Nachname, Telefonnummer, E-Mail-Adresse, eventuelle Anmerkungen sowie die Bestellung mit der gewählten Abholzeit.
- Konto, falls Sie eines anlegen: Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail, Telefon und Passwort, das nur verschlüsselt gespeichert wird. Das Geburtsdatum ist freiwillig und dient nur dem Geburtstagsbonus.
- Punti Unico: Punktestand und Bewegungen (mit Bestellungen gesammelte Punkte, eingelöste Gutscheine, Boni).
- Zahlungen: Ihre Kartendaten geben Sie direkt im Formular von Stripe ein, wir erhalten und speichern sie nicht. In der App kann das Stripe-Formular die Kamera nur verwenden, wenn Sie die Karte scannen möchten: Das Bild wird uns nicht übermittelt.
Wir erfassen weder Ihren Standort noch Ihre Kontakte, zeigen keine Werbung, erstellen keine Profile und verwenden keine Statistik- oder Tracking-Dienste Dritter.
Wofür wir sie verwenden
- Zubereitung der Bestellung, Abwicklung der Abholung und Kontakt bei Rückfragen (Vertragserfüllung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Verwaltung Ihres Kontos und des Treueprogramms Punti Unico, wenn Sie sich registrieren (Vertragserfüllung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Versand des Bestätigungscodes per E-Mail, wenn Sie die Löschung Ihres Kontos oder das Zurücksetzen Ihres Passworts verlangen.
- Erfüllung steuerlicher und buchhalterischer Pflichten (rechtliche Verpflichtung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO).
An wen wir sie weitergeben
- An die Mitarbeitenden der Pizzeria, die die Bestellungen bearbeiten.
- An Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., das die Zahlung als eigenständiger Verantwortlicher abwickelt (Datenschutzerklärung von Stripe).
- An OVH, den Anbieter, der die Server der Website und der App betreibt.
- An den E-Mail-Dienst, über den die Bestätigungscodes versendet werden.
Wir verkaufen die Daten nicht und geben sie an niemanden sonst weiter.
Wie lange
- Bestelldaten werden aus steuerlichen Gründen 10 Jahre aufbewahrt.
- Kontodaten und Punti Unico bleiben gespeichert, bis Sie Ihr Konto löschen. Punkte verfallen nach 12 Monaten ohne Bestellung.
Konto löschen
Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit löschen: in der App unter Profil › Cancella account oder auf der Seite www.unicotrento.com/elimina-account. Sie geben Ihre E-Mail ein, erhalten einen Code und bestätigen ihn.
Wir löschen Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail, Telefon, Passwort, Geburtsdatum, Punti Unico und Ihre Kundendaten bei Stripe. Bereits getätigte Bestellungen bleiben nur für steuerliche Zwecke erhalten, ohne Ihre personenbezogenen Daten.
Cookies und Daten auf dem Gerät
Die Website verwendet nur technisch notwendige Cookies: eines für die Sicherheit der Formulare und, wenn Sie sich anmelden, eines, das die Anmeldung 30 Tage speichert. Im Browser speichern wir die gewählte Sprache, den Warenkorb und Ihre Einstellung zur Karte. Die Google-Maps-Karte wird nur auf Ihren Wunsch geladen. In der App wird nach der Anmeldung der Zugangscode im geschützten Speicher des Telefons abgelegt. Während der Zahlung setzt Stripe technische Cookies zur Betrugsprävention.
Ihre Rechte
Sie können Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen oder der Verarbeitung widersprechen: schreiben Sie an gela.nord@pec.it. Außerdem können Sie sich bei der italienischen Datenschutzbehörde (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) beschweren.

Privacy policy of the Unico Trento app and the unicotrento.com website
This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who use the Unico Trento app (Android and iOS) and the www.unicotrento.com website to order pizzas for pickup at the Unico pizzeria in Trento, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process
- Orders (app and website): first and last name, phone number, email address, any notes and the order details with the chosen pickup time.
- Account, if you create one: first and last name, email, phone and password, stored only in encrypted form. Your date of birth is optional and only used for the birthday bonus.
- Punti Unico (loyalty points): points balance and history (points earned with orders, vouchers used, bonuses).
- Payments: you enter your card details directly in Stripe's form, we never receive or store them. In the app, Stripe's form may use the camera only if you choose to scan your card: the image is not sent to us.
We do not collect your location or contacts, we show no advertising, we do no profiling and we use no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
Why we use it
- To prepare your order, handle the pickup and contact you if needed (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To manage your account and the Punti Unico loyalty programme, if you sign up (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To email you the verification code when you ask to delete your account or reset your password.
- To comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who we share it with
- The pizzeria staff who handle the orders.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., which processes the payment as an independent controller (Stripe privacy policy).
- OVH, the provider hosting the servers of the website and the app.
- The email service provider used to send verification codes.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Order data is kept for 10 years for tax purposes.
- Account data and Punti Unico are kept until you delete your account. Points expire after 12 months without orders.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: in the app under Profilo › Cancella account, or on the page www.unicotrento.com/elimina-account. Enter your email, receive a code and confirm it.
We delete your first and last name, email, phone, password, date of birth, Punti Unico and your customer record at Stripe. Orders already placed are kept only for tax purposes, without your personal data.
Cookies and data on your device
The website only uses technical cookies: one for form security and, if you sign in, one that remembers your login for 30 days. In your browser we store your language, your cart and your map preference. The Google Maps map is only loaded if you ask for it. In the app, once you sign in, the access code is kept in the phone's secure storage. During payment Stripe uses technical cookies for fraud prevention.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to gela.nord@pec.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
